Description

Credit not proceeded
Used when a merchant agreed to issue a refund or credit, but the cardholder never sees that credit posted to their account after a reasonable time.
Fraud/Not recognized
This is used when the cardholder sees a transaction on their account that they do not recognize at all and believes it was made fraudulently by someone else, not by them or any authorized user.
Not Authorized
This applies when the cardholder knows the merchant but states they never gave permission for that specific charge or amount (for example, an extra charge or an account being used without their explicit consent).
Not Described
This is when the cardholder did receive the product or service, but it is materially different from what was advertised or agreed (wrong item, significantly different quality, missing key features, etc.).
Paid by Other Means
This applies when the cardholder was charged on the card, but they had already paid for the same transaction using another method (cash, bank transfer, another card, etc.), resulting in a duplicate payment.
Services or Goods not received
Used when the cardholder paid for a product or service that never arrived or was never provided, even though the transaction was successfully charged.
Services / Item Cancelled
Used when the cardholder cancelled a service, subscription, or order according to the agreement, but the merchant still processed the charge or did not stop future charges after cancellation.
